We offer free estimates within a 50-mile radius for larger projects and a 25-mile radius for smaller jobs. If you’re located beyond these areas, feel free to send us your ideas and measurements, and we’ll provide a rough quote. If you still need an in-person estimate, we only ask that you cover our fuel and/or flight costs.
Yes, we do offer price matching. However, we only match the price if the quality is also comparable. We refuse to work with subpar materials—like ½” particle board or MDF doors wrapped in thin film—that often deteriorate quickly and look poor after a short time. We’re committed to delivering high-quality cabinetry that lasts.
By default, we use ¾” plywood for cabinetry carcasses, soft maple hardwood for paint-grade, Blum hardware, and waterborne finishes. However, we can source and work with any material you prefer. This is your project, and we’re here to accommodate your material choices to ensure you get exactly what you want.
We use high-quality, waterborne finishes—the safest for the environment, with superior durability and resistance to yellowing over time. We offer stain, clear, and painted finishes, as well as specialty finishes such as glaze, distress, rub-through, chipped, and glitter effects to give your cabinetry a unique, personalized touch.
For premium durability and functionality, we use Blum soft-close concealed hinges and Blum under-mount soft-close guides. If you're working within a budget, we can use side-mount guides and standard concealed hinges. We’re happy to accommodate any preferences you may have, including custom hardware choices.
Matching existing cabinetry can be tricky, especially if it’s mass-produced or very old. Imported cabinetry, particularly from China, often uses materials and finishes that aren’t available in the U.S. Older cabinetry may also have finishes that yellow over time, making an exact match difficult. While we can replicate the style of doors and the cabinetry carcass, it may be more cost-effective to update just the doors and faces of your cabinetry for a fresh, modern look.
Once we receive a down payment, your project will be added to our queue, and we work on a first-come, first-served basis. Our typical lead time is around 2 months, but we can sometimes accommodate smaller projects sooner if we have availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially if you have a specific deadline.
We offer a limited lifetime warranty under normal wear and tear. Here’s a breakdown:
Lifetime warranty on cabinetry carcasses
1 year on cabinetry doors
5 years on Blum hardware
1 year on other hardware
3 years on finishes
Please note that water damage automatically voids the warranty. We can’t offer longer warranties due to the variability of home conditions.
If a service call is required under warranty, a trip charge may apply for travel and labor, depending on the location and scope of the issue.
