Here are a few questions we have recived in the past.

 

 

Do you charge to come out to my house to give me an estimate?

We offer full free estimates within a 50 mile radius for any larger job and 25 mile radius for any smaller job. If you are farther than 50 miles we encourage you to send us your idea along with some measurements and we can start out by giving you a rough quote. If for any reason you require us to come out anyways, all we ask is that you compensate us for our fuel and/or flight.

 

 

Do you price match?

Yes we do! The only catch is we have to match the quality also and if we do not think that a customer will be satisfied with the product we will turn the job down. Sadly today’s market is flooded with extremely cheap cabinetry. For example, ½” particle board carcasses with MDF doors that have been wrapped in a thin film. These cabinets will fall apart and look terrible in just a years time.

 

 

What types of materials can you source and what do you use?

By standard we use ¾” Plywood for our cabinetry carcasses, Soft Maple for our paint grade hardwood, Blum hardware, and water borne finishes. However we can source and use any material you request. After all this is your project, we are here to accommodate you and deliver you a product of your liking.

 

 

What type of finish do you guys use and offer?

We use the highest quality finish available in the market today, fully water borne. Much safer for the environment and will not yellow with age, also much more durable than standard finishes. We offer stain, clear, and painted finishes along with our specialty finishes which include but are not limited to, glaze, distress, rub through, and chipped/glitter.

 

 

What type of hardware to you use?

We use Blum concealed soft close for our hinges and Blum under mount soft close guides. If you are on a budget we can use side mount guides and standard concealed hinges. Or if you have a preference we can use that aswell.

 

 

 

Can my current cabinetry be matched?

Sometimes, this question is a hard one since some cabinetry comes from china or are extremely old. China cabinetry uses woods and finishes that are not supplied here in the USA. Old cabinetry used inferior finishes that yellow with age. So to match these takes a lot of time and sometimes can only get so close.

As far as the style of door or cabinetry carcass goes this can always be matched, but can get expensive depending on how elaborate they may be.
In most cases it is just as cost effective to just simply update the doors and faces of your cabinetry.

 

 

What is your timeline if I were to place an order?

Once we receive a down payment on a job your project goes in the que. We firmly believe in first come first serve. So if you need a project on a particular date we highly encourage you to book in advance. On average we are 2 months out but sometimes can squeeze something small in if we have a gap.

 

 

What does your warranty entail?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our cabinetry under normal ware and tear. Here is a breakdown. Lifetime on the cabinetry carcass. 1 year on cabinetry doors. 5 year on all pro rated hardware. 1 year on all other hardware. 3 year on finishes. We can not offer longer warranties because we do not know the conditions that the home will be kept in. Any water damage automatically voids any warranty.
